Christmas Weekend

Image
Christmas Eve we had soccer and then went home to make cookies for Santa.  That evening we headed to Walnut Court (Snowman Lane) for more lights with Kristen and Kerry. The girls were so excited Christmas night...but Santa still had lots of wrapping to do and toys to put together :) We woke up just the 4 of us and tried to open gifts slowly but once the first one went they were just too excited!  We lounged and played and then Kristen and Kerry came over in the afternoon for round 2!  They got the Lily a soccer net and ball and Piper got a Beauty and The Beast tea cart :) We made a delicious dinner together.  Prime Rib Roast, scalloped potatoes and green beans.  I had whipped up an apple crisp earlier in the week too.  We went through some awesome bottles of wine as well.  The next day we just lounged around playing with new toys.

Rollie took the girls to visit Kerry at work one day and play fun outdoor games at the Barlow. We met up with The Patels and Kliegls for the Calistoga light Parade....we love this new tradition.  Its such a great way to get into the spirit and the kids just love it!  Lily was literally shaking with excitement.  Amar's parents have a house in town so we now know to park there, eat dinner and then wal
