Happy New Year...and some!

Earlier this month we enjoyed some rainy days...errands, crafts, stir craziness!

Lily's favorite new thing is showering with me, which honestly is alot easier than a bath at times so I go with it whenever she asks.

The girls LOVE their pottery barn chairs...somehow they still fight over them...maybe we should have gone nameless!

We enjoyed a yummy dinner over at the Kliegls one evening.

Lily started round 2 of dance class.  She looks WAY too grown up with her hair in a slick bun.

My daycare providers schedule is changing a bit, as will my work schedule but in the meantime we've had some much appreciated help from Micaela.  She claims its easier when Piper is there to play with Quinn!

Before we headed off to Cabo (child free) both girls got sick of course.  Poor girls!  The winter time is just so frustrating with germs and sickness!

We had brunch in Sonoma at Fremont Diner with the Busam's and saw precious little Brynn.

Sadly we sad goodbye to good friends, Kasey, Aaron and Ruby.  Aaron was offered a 'too good to pass up' job in Pennsylvania.  We had a fun taco family night before they headed East.

We went to CABO from the 19th to the 23rd. Separate post to come.

Piper had a late 15 month check up.  With new insurance we sadly had to leave our Pediatrician...we LOVED Dr. Iezza but our first trip to our new office was pretty good.

On Janurary 26th I became an Aunt!  My brother and his girlfriend Simone had a baby boy.  Malachi (Malik) James Moore. 7lbs 8 oz

We lived without heat for almost 3 weeks.  The day before we left for Mexico we got a new furnace...not exciting to spend that kind of money but needed of course.  After 4.5 years this is really the first thing we've HAD to replace.  Everything else has been cosmetic.

We enjoyed an impromptu family happy hour at Cooperage. They have tons of board games which occupied the girls for atleast a beer.

The sun came back out!

We met Cathy and Sal for lunch down in Marin and hosted our friends for a 'fancy' Sunday dinner.  World Market was having a great sale and we really needed to update our dining room with 2 more chairs and a lighter/brighter rug.  Makes a BIG difference.

That was January in a nutshell.
